I use Taskade app for a lot of automations and it will be great if we can integrate Taskade here. They have API available.
Allow user to add test case
Hi there, I want feature for tester. To maintain test cases for specific task so my developer can do testing with that test case list and then assign that same test case to my tester so here he/she can set the status(PASS/FAIL) of particular test case. We can create separate tab in task (like: description, sub task, etc.). So tester & developer both can use it for testing.
Unified Inbox for Multiple Email Accounts
Also unified email so multiple accounts (Gmail, outlook, etc.) can be accessed within a single workspace. E.g. someone with multiple YouTube channels can manage all their projects and related Gmail accounts without going outside of LiftOS.
Excel
Right now i have conected my google docs to lift. But it would be so much better that if im in the list view that i can use it like excel table, that i can put more info to the list view, just like in clickup
Have a "ClickUP" View.
What is extremely confusing is and weird is that when i open a task, that i have the info, subtask, file, etc seperated. It is so much waste of space on the screen. It would be so much better when this things would be under eachother instead of on next tabs. That is something that really is weird.
DRAG TASKS BETWEEN TO-DOS FROM 2 TEAMSPACES
It would be nice if I could interchange tasks between 2 or more Teamspaces - to move from one to another. Lets say I have a general to-do list/tasks on Teamspace#1, and then I create a Teamspace#2 or more in order to subdivide the #1. Right now, If I want a task to move a task from a task list in #1 to #2 I need to manually registrate it, and it is kinda painfull, when I could just drag it there directly from #1 to #2. I hope It made sense ;)
Additional Customizations
Would be nice to see additional customizations, especially on the Business Plan side such as: allow for items such as custom colors for backgrounds, custom background images (static images at least), transparency/opacity of windows, ability to disable pinning entirely but maintain side-by-side capabilities, hide certain items to p, ability to show/hide creator on items, ability to rename Teamspaces, ability to show/hide Teamspaces title in published spaces, ability to turn off “Made by liftOS” for upper tiers.
Enable Embedded Apps in Web Version
Hey team! Quick request - could we get the embedded apps working directly in the web version of liftOS? Currently, we need to install the desktop app to use embedded apps, but it would be super helpful if these could work right in the browser version. This way: We can use embedded apps while staying in the web version No need to install the desktop app just for embedded functionality Keep everything in our browser workflow (especially for Wavebox users) Simple example: being able to open embedded Notion, Figma, or other apps directly in liftOS web version, just like how they work in the desktop app now. Would make the platform much more flexible for those of us who prefer working entirely in the browser! Thanks!
Smart Workflow Pipeline with Team-Specific Views
Would love to implement a specialized workflow system that creates separate, focused views for different teams in the product testing pipeline. Here's what we need: Automated task progression between teams (like a relay race) Team-specific dashboards showing only relevant tasks/stages Clear handoff points between teams Status tracking across the entire workflow Example flow: Product Team → Creative Team → Media Buying Team Each team would only see their current tasks and immediate next steps, reducing noise and increasing focus. When Product Team marks their part complete, it automatically appears in Creative Team's queue, and so on. This would help: Reduce overwhelming information Keep teams focused on their specific tasks Create clear handoffs between teams Track progress through the pipeline Eliminate manual task assignments Think of it like a "need-to-know" basis for tasks - teams only see what's relevant to them right now! Would be super helpful for our e-commerce workflow and could work for other multi-team processes too. Thanks for considering!
Column Layout Support for Dashboard Organization
We need the ability to create flexible columns in our dashboard, similar to Notion's layout system, where we can: Drag and drop content into different columns Resize columns freely Organize our workspace with multiple columns side by side Move between different apps/tools within these columns This would help us: Keep related content grouped together visually Create custom layouts for different workflows See multiple tools/pages at once (like having tasks in one column, notes in another) Better organize our workspace instead of switching between full-width pages Think of it like Notion's drag-to-side feature that creates columns - super useful for building personalized dashboards! Team Activity History Logging
Implement a history logging system that tracks what changes each team member makes. This will help us: See who made what changes and when Roll back to previous versions if mistakes happen Keep track of team activities for better accountability Would be great if we could get this added to improve our workflow and safety! Todo assigned to me - subtasks missing deep link to parent
If I have a sub-task assigned to me, it appears on the Assigned to Me list, but there is no way to know what the Parent Task was. The sub-task just has a link to the task board, not to it’s Parent.
Tasks Assigned To Me
It would be nice if the tasks assigned to you tab was the same as the other todo. So you can have kanban boards, more filters for tasks, etc. The date sort doesn’t seem to work either.
Kanban To-do more rich content
I need help creating a better template structure for todos in a Kanban-style task management app. Specifically, I want: Main Todo Structure (important) Multiple tags support (both at main task and subtask levels) High-level task information at the top (there is an in review request already here) Todo Notes Section A rich header area for high levels detail on the task at hand. Ability to generate a summary of key information from text of the note ? (an Ai can take content of the note and organise in check marks/tag/bento boxes info for the header Space for subtasks with their own multi-tags to better convey my suggestion, I asked an llm AI for help, I'm only looking for the content structure/template design, which could serve as inspiration for the notes section within a todo item.
