Guest Roles/Permissions

I think it could be cool, if we could invite guests to a space. The guest would be able to have tasks assigned to them and be able to mark those tasks complete. I would use this in a web design project so that the client could approve projects at different points in the process. It may also be cool if they could create and assign tasks that would notify the project lead of items the client would done or changed.

AI Workers / Agents

Agents who can take action inside liftOS for you, do your manual tasks, research and more inside the liftUI.

Linking Tools with each other

Link existing Note inside of a Todo or a File inside a Note and more. Linking will allow users to connect work and get a better organisational structure around using the tools inside liftOS together.

Add more than one Tag

Hi team, Many task needs more than one tag. can we add more tags to a task or this feature is not yet present ? Thanks

Custom Fields

I would be great to be able to have custom fields that were specific to each Spaces. For example if I was doing website design it would be nice to have the following custom fields. Business name: Business Address Business Phone: Business Website URL: Business Timezone: I'd also like to be able to have an estimated hours field for each task. This way my dev's know an approximate time each task will take.

As we have launched liftCalendar next up we would like to integrate it with your Google Calendar so that events and tasks can be centralized in one Calendar.

It would be great to be able to track time for specific Todo items as well as track time for projects. Even better would be AI tracking time in a task and auto adding it to the project time tracker. Or vice versa.

You can also have folder > folder > Folder > App to support your existing Section > Space > Folder > App structure and your structure will automatically be converted to this if we do it. Thanks to many feedback during calls, in the community and in these posts, we thought we'd make some improvements to the sidebar 🫶 Here is a glimpse on how it looks like 🙌 I'd love feedback on this as we'd be iterating it for a bit before finally committing to it!
