Pictures not showing
Logged in today. Used different browsers. Both browsers didn’t show images. Dunno if it’s a bug or an adverse effect of a server update.
App Content Deleted
Hi. I noticed some of the contents of my apps were deleted, while some remained intact. Went ahead and deleted the blank apps. Will follow up when the symptoms persist
Web apps runs slow. Is this normal with LiftOS?
I deleted everything thinking it was my mistake adding too many folders and links to try and see if using one site it would work better, but it's not running any better. The site I'm trying to use is Penpot.com. I use lots of web apps and this concerns me.
Another team space member are visible in other teamspace.
Hi there. I have create new team space called “A“ & “B”. I have add new team member in “B“. When I go to ToDo app of space “B“. I can see that assignee in selection list of Todo. But I did not add that user in Space “A“ still I can see that assignee in ToDo app of space “A“. Which is wrong.
Connection Lost
I was invited by someone to a team, but it keeps saying that there is no connection despite my internet working. It keeps happening in both the Safari browser and the app.
Reorganizing Folders
I renamed a bunch of subfolders 1, 2, 3… etc - but when I close and reopen the tool the folders go back to being in the order they were created (while maintainnig their numbers) - not the order I placed them in (numeretical)
Embed doesn't stick
SUMMARY: Embedded a Figma file and it appears fine while on page. Click on another page or close task and open it again. The embed is gone. ENVIRONMENT: Windows Desktop App EXPECTED RESULT: Anything you embed continues to appear as it did while on the page. CURRENT RESULT: The embedded item is removed when you go anywhere else than on the page you embedded it on. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Add an embed widget to a Task’s Description tab click anywhere else in the task to change the screen (i.e. go to Details tab and back again) The embed widget is gone and you have to paste the code in all over again - just so it can show up temporarily?!?! Kanban board remains
SUMMARY: I created a kanban board with custom statuses and ordered them accordingly in the kanban board in hopes that each time I duplicate it for another client or project it would be set up the way I work, the way I customized it to be. That is not the case. ENVIRONMENT: Windows App and Browser (Chrome - didn’t test other browsers) CURRENT STATE: when duplicated, the kanban board reverts to default LiftOS settings and any custom statuses move to the far right, in the order in which they were created. EXPECTED STATE: User creates custom statuses, rearranges the kanban board to the way they work, and when they duplicate it, it opens in the same way they created it to be, they way they work and operate. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Add a Task app 2. Add custom statuses (at least 2) 3. Rearrange the status columns - for instance move both recently created custom statuses to the left of the Done/Complete column and move one of the default columns towards the right 4. Click on another folder or app and then go back to the Tasks app you just customized - confirm that Task app remained exactly as you just constructed it to be. 5. Now click the 3 dots menu by the Task app name in sidebar. In that menu select the “Duplicate App” option 6. Windows App Update dialog has no context
I got this random popup, and had no idea what app it was from. The dialog should add context of “LiftOS App” etc.
Cursor disappearing
Just started. When I move the cursor into a text field to type/edit, the cursor disappears, making it hard to know where I’m at. I can’t insert cursor to make edits as it’s invisible. I cleared cache on browser and restarted browser (Chrome) to no avail. It’s even happening in this text box as I try to edit what I’ve written. Cursor reappears when I move outside text box to click a button such as “Submit.”
Folders Keep Moving to Top
I had my apps at the top of the workspace and the folders at the bottom. They keep getting switched to the folders at the top and apps at the bottom. Not sure how.
Emails problem
Hi, all emails are being sent to spam and flagged as dangerous. Clicking on the links within the emails causes all browsers to block access and registration.

iframe from Miro in the Desktop-App-Version doesn´t load in the UI
The iframe from Miro in the Desktop-App-Version doesn´t load in the UI. On Web-Version (liftos.app/space) are no problems.
Description in Kanban Board
I would love to have a short description for each board that outlines the expectations for that board, or even includes an embedded link. For example, in the tab labeled “For Review (Manuel),” I would like a description of the expectations that need to be met before moving the card to this stage.
