Dragging folder to the top doesn't work

Bug squashing

I attempted to move a folder to the top position and noticed that it doesn't stick unlike any other position.

Hey there, this will be fixed with the new sidebar update, currently the top folder is pinned as apps you add from the library inside your space go there automatically. But we are going to be fixing this logic with the sidebar. I'll move this to done for time being Sidebar improvement (only 1 sidebar) and please vote here so you can be updated once it's complete 🙌
