PiP mode for links

It would be cool to have a PiP mode on the PWA app or future desktop app for links that don't embed. It already works when using the Arc browser and it's really convenient not to need to open new tabs in Chrome when I want to look at one of my links.

    Definitely right, would be great, I voted this up and added a research task to see if can do this inside liftOS. This would be awesome & love the suggestion thanks a ton
