More flexible operations for stored files

Structure:

• A file can be associated with multiple folders/apps so we don't need to upload/sync the same file for multiple spaces (which might be intended for different groups of audience or projects)

Operations

• A file could be moved between folders/apps

• Bulk select for making changes (move/delete)

• Status (current/obselete/archived)
