Monitor activity when time tracking is ON

Every employees want to do their best to impress their bosses.

But being remote and far away is a disadvantage.

Results are much more important and progress are often blindsided.

To solve this, I would like to give employees the chance to prove themselves.

When time tracking is on, there is an option to take screenshots every X minutes so that I can keep on eyes employees from a distance for them to stays on tasks rather than social media or any other accidental distractions.

It will be good for the employees to know that they are tracked too so that it will allow them to do their job better, hence resulting in better work performance and increase in revenue as a by-product. Happy clients too who gets better, faster results.

And with real-time monitoring, I can also jump in quickly in the employees are not in the right path, rather than to waste time, money and result in disappointment.
