We pushed an update to hide e-mails of Workspace members from everyone with ***** hashing after first 5 letters. We will soon add guest users which will restrict even more member visibility. Hope these changes can help you use it together with your clients / partners!

This is great to know, will check this and work on implementing it. However, Workspace is the organisational level, sections are more like sub-organisation categorisation. That's why I believe it should be compliant. For example if you create a new Workspace the users from either Workspace won't see each other.

Hey, Ege... Sometimes we contract freelancers or temporary employees for a job... Those people will work with a small team... If I add this person to a specific section/space, he/she will see all company's members contacts... I think this is not good for privacy policies.

I see in this case, I'll consider this when creating Guest users. Guest users with or without edit access would not be able to see Workspace users. This would solve it right? Because right now if I limit Workspace users from seeing each other would put limits to collaboration within the organisation which is something we want to foster.

They should be able to see only other members of Sections they are included.
