Make it possible to check which and or (notification) emails will or will not be sent per user and assigned role. A few test tasks with a due date resulted in an instant mail bombardment with duplicate notifications.
Hey there, this is both a bug and a feature! We are fixing duplicate bugs today & next up in the next days plan to add the following notification settings to opt in or out:
Receive todo reminders 3 days before
Receive overdue task reminders
Receive on the day task reminders
Receive e-mails when assigned to a Space
Receive emails when assigned to a task
Receive e-mails for @Lara

Hi @Ege Gündüz. It would be also very much needed that people receive a mail when I message them inside of LiftOS.

Hey there Niclas great suggestion, we haven’t built this yet to not ping people too much and distract them with each message but we might add a button to send text as email as well 🙌

Hey Brian, this e-mail improvement is fixed and the changes are completed! 🙌
