Integration of Note App with Todo and Decision Tracking

When using the Note app for meeting minutes, items often include actions and decisions. It would be helpful if action items could be selected and added to the Todo app in bulk. Additionally, having a mini app to track decisions, following the same operations, would be beneficial as many project management apps currently lack this feature.
