Integration of Note App with Todo and Decision Tracking

When using the Note app for meeting minutes, items often include actions and decisions. It would be helpful if action items could be selected and added to the Todo app in bulk. Additionally, having a mini app to track decisions, following the same operations, would be beneficial as many project management apps currently lack this feature.

    Hey there aR! This is something we are planning that’ll be possible with liftAI. You’ll be able to ask for it to create a todo app from the tasks it detects inside the Note app. Would this be what you are looking for?

      It’s good with AI automating this. On top of that, I’d also hope that we could quickly tag a line/bullet point for it to be an action item or decision while I am editing and revisiting my notes.

      And as for representing it. It would be great to have them organized in a timeline based on when they were added. This gives a much greater context to a fast moving project as we can track back the decision/actions to why/what we are doing today.

      Often we decided something but people come and gone and forgot the reasons behind it, so we stopped following the decision, then only to find out we could have avoided some risks we already knew awhile back. It greatly helps reduce repeated conversations/debates as well as giving new members the context of what is happening today with just a quick glance.
