Improved Data Room - Multiple Ideas

Right now all files are downloadable. But I would like to add my portfolio of pitch decks / business plans to LiftOS WITHOUT that people can download it. With Google Drive something like this is possible. But would be cool to see it in liftOS.

Would it be possible to get some very basic Analytics. Only if someone has for example opened a file and how much time they spend on it?

Maybe even something that they enter their mail address if they are guests to view the files.

Could we have something like folders inside the File Application App so that we can organize files better?
