Error when using Extensions in Google Docs

The problem arises when I want to use Extensions for such as MathType, QuilBot and others on google docs. The error message that appears is "docs.google.com refused to connect."

Some of these extensions are very useful for me, for example for writing formulas, doing citations, checking grammar etc.
