Ask To Name Everything

Whenever We Add An App please ask to name it because it then gets very difficult to bifurcate a lot of application into different spaces and folders with same generic name (To Do) when using calender. We can manually do it but anyways it is a good practice to ask if someone wants to keep it same they can hit enter.
