Ability to create budgets for projects

I currently use productive.io solely for the reason that I can setup multiple budgets for a project / client with different services and hourly rates. Since, I saw that you review the feature request "time tracking", this would be a great complementary feature.

As with productive.io I can track my time and see if the project is within the budget.
